Location is very good - 3 minutes from the railway station
Very small rooms, strange design, receptionist doesn't speak English

The hotel is okayish but located next to the Napoli train station, an extremely dirty and dangerous area. We got robbed in the streets twice in one night. In general, Napoli is a horrible city - to be avoided on the trip along the coast!

there is two adantages: cheap as hell, and close to the station.
the neighborhood can be (usually is) scary in the night the rooms loo into a prettty major road so it s not east to sleep not a single person in the stuff speak English

Room and common area was cleaned every day. Common shower worked very well. We liked the location for it's proximity to the main train station, bus station, metro station and cheap eats but some might be put off by the area which is bit on the dirty, sketchy side. We had no problems but you have to be aware while walking in the area late at night.
Wifi only worked in the very small common area which was on the same floor (only one floor to the hotel) and only 5 meters from our room!?

Ginevra was a solid pick for my stay! Super clean room with a fridge and Netflix. Great air conditioning. The location's a bit rough but so close to Central Station-it made exploring easy. Just a minor issue with the shower not draining quickly but overall, a great experience!

It's quite difficult to figure out some good points of the Hotel Guinevra. The only thing which comes up to the mind is an unusual design.
The funny thing was that at night it was quite difficult to enter the hotel and reach your rooms, cause the reception staff wasn't at their duty place during the night (and ovidentally that night started at this hotel after 10.30 pm ;)) We had to hear twice (during oour short stay) some guys knocking at the door for 15 minutes in order to entry the hotel. By the way, this hotel is on the second floor of ordinary house and no one gives you the keys from the main entrance. You have to ring in a hope that someone will open you ;) and during your "callings" some strange and dangerous-looking chocolate guys are passing behind your back thinking what thing is better to take from you) especially in the night) so guys, be sure that you'll return back to the hotel not later than the dask falls. We also had a very small room with icy water in the shower. No hot water quitq at all.

Location for travel is excellent
Hotel receptionist/manager offered nothing in the way of personal service.... Non welcoming and totally indifferent.

The hotel had a great location near the central train station. I enjoyed having a private bathroom, clean and well-maintained. My room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. Nice to have air conditioning to keep comfortable during the heat of the day. I could control the heating/cooling myself. The shower was a bit small and could be uncomfortable for some. The walls were thin, so I could hear noise from the hallway, which sometimes disrupted my peace. I wished there were more toiletries provided. Only hand soap was available. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and accommodating were great.

Clean enough, close to rail way station.
No elevator and the hotel is at the 2nd floor (the 3d floor for the russians!) no even glass for water !! when I asked for it a man at reception couldnt understand what I needed but when I paid he was ok with his english.
